Dalla stalla alle stelle !!! Forse non c’è espressione migliore per definire questo ultimo week-end di gare nel Galles più piovoso. Sabato, dopo i nostri 1500 km di trasferta, ci si presenta una pista modello acquitrino, con tonnellate di fango che hanno decisamente influito sulle prestazioni dei piloti: non sono riuscito ad entrare in gara, e nonostante un ingresso in finale col 6 miglior punteggio di giornata, sono addirittura peggiorato ed ho concluso la gara all’ottavo posto. Così è finita la mia gara 1 della Mefo cup 2010. amarezza e tanto lavoro da fare, fosse anche la sola pulizia di moto e pilota...
Fortunatamente domenica, sullo stesso ovale, si disputava anche il 3° round del campionato inglese, ed il meteo ballerino aveva pure asciugato la pista, tanto che la stessa necessitava di essere bagnata con l’ausilio del trattore con la botte.
Gara davvero stupenda !!! Il Team ABC (andreani, belli, chiaia), ha affilato le proprie armi ed abbiamo portato a casa La Gara Perfetta: 3 vittorie su tre delle batterie di qualificazione e vittoria della finale…di più non si poteva. Finalmete dopo l’incidente dello scorso luglio, ritorno sul gradino più alto del podio del campionato più prestigioso. Un urlo liberatorio a fine gara mi ha tolto la voce…oggi non ne ho proprio più
Dopo altri 1500 km siamo di nuovo a casa…(incredibile quanto dorma Andrea, nonostante la guida Aggressiva di Paolo, ribattezzato per l'occasione "il terrore dei peage" in camper). Sono le 22:00 e grazie aa Andrea la moto è già pronta; domani mattina si riparte, direzione Giavera del Montello, dove ci aspetta il round 2 del trofeo FMI flat track 2010 - GUEST STAR GRAZIANO ROSSI…vi aspettiamo numerosi !!!

Direction UK, Wales. we'll drive tonight and tomorrow, me and Paolo, to reach the fantastic oval track in Amman Valley, Ammanford, on the very west side of england. 1450 kilometers to the target place, and during the travel we'll pass to gatwick to meet Andrea, who is flying from italy.
Saturday night we'll be the first round of the european Mefo Cup, while sunday afternoon we'll race the 3rd round of UK Championship. The track is a super fast half mile, where speed is so frikin high...great emotions and great races...see you there guys !!!

great coverage of the first round of the Italian FMI Flat Track Trophy. 12 pages of people, bikes and great slides...thanks a lot to Marco Marini and Marco Agosti, who raced the event with a Supermoto Aprilia, and got the final...
unfortunately you have to learn some italian, but pictures are great (@ Grioni)

com'on guys, next 1st of june, in Giavera del Montello, there's the chance to race the 2nd round of the Italian FMI Flat Track Trophy. More we'll have Graziano Rossi as Guest Star with his drifting cars !!!

Tomorrow morning, saturday te 22nd, at Giavera del Montello track. Great chanche to test the track that will host the 2nd round of the italian FMI flat track trophy next 1st of june.
Giavera will open his gate from 9am to 1pm. Practice will be also with speedway riders
